This Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. 

The information we collect

We collect information that is directly provided to us, such as personal information you enter by choice, as well as information that is automatically collected from your device or browser. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to all of this as the "Information".

We may collect personal Information from you such as your name, address, phone number, email address and the content of any message you enter when you request a quote/order or fill out one of our inquiry forms. Users can create a Milby customer account which allows individuals to place orders online. For this purpose, a username and password may be created. Such data is stored in our CRM database; however, passwords are not visible to us.

We use automated means to collect certain types of Information about you, your computer, or other device used to access our Service. Types of automatically collected Information about you include: the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, your domain, your IP address, and the content you have accessed, shared, and/or clicked on.

How this information is used

The Information collected from you is used to

  2. respond to your inquiries,
  3. communicate with you about your account with Milby,
  4. fulfill your request for school notifications,
  5. provide customer service and technical support regarding our Service,

Cookies and Other Technologies
